We are looking for a Team Leader - EDI Support to join our high caliber team.
Your Role
Lead and coordinate the EDI Support team, overseeing day-to-day operations, team development, and the effective management of customer requests and incidents. The role focuses on supporting existing live integrations and business flows, ensuring their smooth operation, adherence to SLAs, and effective resolution of issues.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Lead, coach and support the EDI Support team, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
- Allocate and prioritize workload based on business and customer needs.
- Monitor SLAs, KPIs, backlog and overall team performance.
- Coordinate the resolution of incidents, customer requests and escalations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Support the improvement of support processes, documentation and team practices.
- Ensure the smooth operation of existing EDI integrations and business flows.
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Basic understanding of EDI flows, system integrations, message flows, statuses, errors, logs, and communication channels.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of technical concepts and a genuine interest in technology.
- Experience in team leadership, people management, or a similar coordination role is considered a plus.
- Previous experience with EDI is considered a plus, but is not a prerequisite for the role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
