We deliver Cloud, Web, and AI-driven solutions (ERP, CRM, HCM, WMS, e-Invoicing) to help organizations work smarter, grow faster, and leverage AI insights. \nWe are looking for a motivated Team Leader - Supply Chain Software to join our dynamic and high-caliber team.\nYour Role\nThe Team Leader - Supply Chain Software is responsible for leading the delivery, implementation, and optimization of ENTERSOFTONE WMS solutions, managing partner relationships, and guiding consulting teams to ensure successful project outcomes, operational excellence, and high partner satisfaction.\nYour contribution to the success of the team\nLead and mentor a team of WMS consultants, ensuring high-quality project delivery and continuous development.\nManage the implementation, support, and optimization of ΕNTERSOFTONE WMS for partners and customers.\nAnalyze warehouse operations and business processes.\nOversee ΕNTERSOFTONE WMS configuration, testing, go-live activities, and post-production support.\nCoordinate project activities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.\nDeliver/Oversee training sessions and workshops for customers, partners, and internal teams.\nYour Qualifications & Competencies\nDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience with ENTERSOFTONE WMS is preferred. Candidates with exposure to other WMS solutions, logistics software, or business systems will also be considered.\nPrevious experience leading teams, projects, or implementation initiatives will be considered an asset.\nStrong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics processes, and supply chain management.\nExcellent knowledge of SQL and relational databases (preferably SQL Server).\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.\nCustomer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and teamwork.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment.\nFluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).\nYour Benefits:\nWe are growing our team with the vision of having top performers who contribute directly to the growth of the company.
