Join us as we strive to transform the entertainment landscape through creativity and innovation.\nPosition Overview\nThe Data Analyst plays a critical role within the Business Intelligence and Analytics team driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role involves working closely with both technical and business stakeholders to extract transform and analyze data. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with technical expertise in SQL data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) and data warehousing principles. Familiarity with big data platforms like Databricks is a plus.\nAs a Data Analyst you willDesign build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to deliver actionable insights.\nDevelop and optimize SQL queries to extract clean and manipulate large datasets from various data sources.\nUtilize Databricks (or equivalent platforms) for building scalable data pipelines and conducting exploratory analysis.\nPartner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements define key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate needs into clear data solutions.\nApply best practices in data modelling schema design and the development of reporting layers.\nMaintain and monitor data quality consistency and integrity across reporting outputs.\nCreate thorough documentation of reports queries business metrics and data sources.\nPerform ad hoc data analyses to support key business decisions and strategic initiatives.\n\nWhat were looking for\nRequired:Bachelors degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics Information Systems or a related discipline.\nMinimum of 2 years experience in a data analyst or similar role.\nAdvanced proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.\nHands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau for building dashboards and data visualizations.\nStrong understanding of data warehousing concepts including dimensional modeling and star/snowflake schemas.\nHigh attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nPreferred:Experience with Databricks or other distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Spark.\nFamiliarity with cloud-based data platforms like Azure Synapse Snowflake Big Query or Redshift.\nWorking knowledge of Python or R for data processing or statistical analysis.\nExperience with ETL tools or building data integration
