EBG primarily hires within our core cities-Orlando, New York, Austin, Las Vegas, and Aventura (Miami) with a focus on candidates located within a commutable distance to collaboration offices within these markets.\n The Senior DevOps Engineer is a hands-on technical resource responsible for designing, implementing, operating, and improving cloud infrastructure across multiple AWS accounts. This role partners with engineering, security, and operations teams to build reliable delivery pipelines, automate infrastructure, strengthen security controls, and improve the availability and performance of applications and platform services.\nIdeally, we prefer to hire someone that is commutable to Orlando for occasional meetings and trainings.\nEBG is not an employer in all states. You must be residing and working from Florida to be considered for this role.\nResponsibilities\nDefine and maintain infrastructure engineering policies, standards, patterns, and governance for deployment and orchestration.\nDesign, build, and maintain secure, reusable Infrastructure as Code modules for multi-account AWS environments.\nBuild and improve CI/CD pipelines that automate application builds, testing, image creation, security validation, and deployment.\nUse GitHub and/or Bitbucket to manage source code, reviews, branching strategies, and controlled changes.\nImplement and operate containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes, with automation through tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins.\nTroubleshoot complex issues across build, test, release, deployment, infrastructure, database, network, and runtime layers.\nEstablish monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational dashboards using AWS CloudWatch, New Relic, and related observability tools.\nDesign, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve security controls for cloud and DevOps platforms.\nCreate and maintain clear technical documentation, runbooks, standards, and architecture diagrams.\nMentor engineers, promote automation and reliability practices, and contribute to technical design and operational readiness reviews.\n 5+ years of DevOps, platform engineering, site reliability engineering, or cloud infrastructure experience across cloud and on-premises environments.\nDemonstrated experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines using a combination of tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, or equivalent platforms.\nStrong experience designing and maintaining AWS infrastructure, including secure multi-account environments.\nHands-on experience with Terraform or another Infrastructure as Code framework.\nHands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and configuration management tools such as Ansible.\nStrong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.\nExperience implementing cloud security controls and responding to or supporting investigation of security events.\nExperience with monitoring and observability platforms such as AWS CloudWatch and New Relic.\nAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly, document solutions, and work effectively across teams in a deadline-driven environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with generative AI gateway, proxy, or orchestration layers such as LiteLLM, including model routing, load balancing, governance, and observability.\nHands-on experience with AWS Bedrock or cloud infrastructure supporting generative AI workloads.\nExperience incorporating AI-assisted developer tools and agentic workflows, such as Claude Code, into engineering, automation, or software delivery practices.\nExperience with Jira or a comparable work management platform.\nWhat Sets You Apart\nOwnership and sound technical judgment\nStructured problem solving and attention to detail\nBias toward automation, standardization, and continuous improvement\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively\nClear communication with technical and nontechnical stakeholders\n**EBG does not offer sponsorship now or in the future**\n**Relocation is not supported for this role**\n We offer you the following benefits:\nEntertainment Benefits Group offers outstanding employee benefits including:\nMedical, Dental & Vision\n401k Match\nShort Term Disability, Long Term Disability (Company Paid)\nBasic Life and AD&D (Company Paid)\nAdditional Voluntary Benefits \nFlexible Work Arrangements\n3 Weeks of PTO + 5 Personal Days\nPaid Holiday Break from Christmas to New Year\nPaid Holidays\nFitness Benefit\nAnnual Day of Giving\nCompany Bonus Program\nShare in the FUN!
