This is how we establish seniority:\n\nMid level\nWorks autonomously\nFollows best practices in software development\nComes up with a solution for features autonomously\nMakes accurate plans for themselves\nProvides accurate estimates for themselves\nStrong sense of responsibility\n\nSenior level\nEverything listed for Mid level\nComes up with great solutions even for the things they never had experience with before\nMakes cautious estimates even for things they never had experience before\nMakes plans and achieves clarity for junior and mid developers\nHandles complexities and organizes the development work\n\nKvalifikacijeWe are looking for\nAt least 3 years of experience building and shipping modern web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript\nStrong experience with React and production experience with Next.js (SSR, routing, data fetching, performance)\nBackend experience with making APIs using JavaScript\nAn intermediate knowledge about databases\nComfortable working with HTML and CSS, and building clean, accessible UI\nSomeone who is always looking to improve their knowledge and skills\nA problem-solving mentality\nSomeone who likes what they do (otherwise, what’s the point?)\n\nRequirements\nFluent in Croatian or a native speaker\nGood command in spoken and written English\n\nThese are not requirements, but are nice to have\nInterest in research and development, learning and improving within the team\nExperience with ElasticSearch\nExperience with CI/CD and comfortable working with Git in a team setting\nExperience with SSR apps and performance optimization (caching, rendering strategy, bundle size)\nExperience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and modern deployment workflows\n\nDodatne informacijeWe value freedom, simplicity and responsibility.
