It was incorporated on 16th July 2014, with branches in 33 states, including the FCT.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Field Auditor\n\nLocation: Kaduna\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nJob Summary\n\nThe successful candidate will have thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and sound judgement.\nWe are looking for an objective Field Auditor who is open to working anywhere in Nigeria to add value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nMaintain open communication with management and the audit committee\nIdentify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures\nTravel to different states for audit reviews and assessments.\nEngage in continuous knowledge development regarding the sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards\nConduct follow-up audits to monitor management’s interventions\nPrepare and present reports that reflect the audit's results and document the process\nProvide a qualitative and quantitative evaluation based on empirical data findings.\nDocument the process and prepare an audit findings memorandum\nKeep a check on processes and regulations\nProviding solutions to the company's internal problems\nAct as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality, and goal achievement\nEnsuring staff compliance with company policies and regulations.\n\nRequirements and skills\n\nAbility to work to deadlines under pressure.\nSound independent judgement\nHND/BSc degree in accounting, banking & finance, or a related field\nMeticulous attention to detail.\nAbility to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.\nAdvanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases\nClose attention to detail and excellent analytical skills\nA keen interest in the financial system.\nA strong aptitude for math.\nExcellent problem-solving skills.\nProven work experience as an auditor in a microfinance or lending company\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong presentation and report-writing skills.\nProven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations\n\nBenefits\n\nFlexible working hours: 11 am – 6 pm\nTransportation allowance\nPension\nStarting Salary:174,000\nYearly appraisal\nHMO\nBi-annual Profit Sharing\nSalary review based on performance.\n\nHow to Apply\n\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:  using \"FIELD AUDITOR -
