virtual and in-person environments for end-users, partners, and internal stakeholders.\nDevelop subject matter expertise across all Entrata products and services to ensure accurate and effective knowledge transfer.\nPresent technical information in an accessible and engaging manner suitable for a wide variety of user profiles.\nLead live training sessions at company-hosted events, including presentations to large audiences.\nIndependently manage curriculum development, content updates, and logistical execution of training initiatives.\nMaintain high performance by meeting deadlines and key performance indicators.\nPromote open, empathetic communication and collaboration with clients and colleagues to identify and solve challenges.\nEssential Functions:\nDeliver live and virtual training sessions effectively.\nTravel domestically up to 50% with potential for international travel.\nDevelop and maintain training content and curriculum independently.\nCommunicate complex product features in a clear and engaging manner.\nAbility to prioritize tasks effectively by meeting deadlines and managing workload efficiently.\nMaintain professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders\nAbility to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment\nMinimum Qualifications/Skills:\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in software or sales training.\nStrong time management and organizational skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively across various audiences and learning styles.\nHigh emotional intelligence and ability to collaborate in team environments.\nEducation and Experience Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.\nExperience in the multi-family industry preferred.\nFamiliarity with adult learning principles and instructional best practices.\nAI & Operational Fluency:\nAI Integration: Utilize company-approved GenAI tools to accelerate high-value deliverables.\nStrategic Oversight: Exercise critical judgment as the \"Human-in-the-Loop,\" by auditing AI outputs for factual accuracy, brand alignment, and the removal of hallucinations.\n Data Governance: Ensures no proprietary or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data is exposed to unauthorized models.\n Prompt Competency: Demonstrates the ability to craft clear, context-rich prompts to achieve consistent, high-quality results across various business
