Job Summary
Drive business growth by prospecting and engaging enterprise clients, delivering tailored software solutions, managing sales pipelines, and building lasting client relationships in a consultative, results-driven sales role.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage enterprise clients through targeted outreach and networking to generate new business opportunities
- Analyze client needs to pitch tailored software solutions that address specific business challenges
- Conduct product demonstrations with technical team support to showcase solution capabilities and benefits
- Manage the entire sales pipeline independently, from lead qualification to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and negotiations
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to foster trust and encourage repeat business
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in B2B or software sales to effectively navigate complex sales cycles and client interactions
- Strong communication and presentation skills to clearly articulate product value propositions and engage diverse audiences
- Ability to quickly learn and explain technical products to clients, facilitating informed purchasing decisions
- Self-motivated, persistent, and results-oriented mindset to drive sales targets and overcome challenges
- Openness to part-time or flexible work arrangements to accommodate varying schedules
Other Information
Compensation: High commissions with no income cap. Earnings are based on closed deals.
