Innovation and agility are key to our success.\nAbout the role\nPlease Note: This role will work across our APAC, North American and European markets, so we are open to the right candidate in Sydney, Los Angeles or New York City for an in-office role.\nAs we embark on a five-year growth phase, expanding our geographic footprint, winning bigger global client accounts, and diversifying our project portfolio, we are looking for our first dedicated Global Marketing Manager to build and drive our marketing presence across Australia, North America, and Europe.\nAs our dedicated marketing lead at Entropico, you will own, build and execute Entropico’s global marketing function from the ground up. Operating as both a proactive strategist and a hands-on executor, you will own our brand channels, elevate our profile across the creative industry, and drive qualified inbound opportunities for our commercial team.\nThis role requires an entrepreneurial, self-directed operator who thrives in a building phase, someone who can align with leadership on quarterly growth priorities at 9:00 AM, and write copy, edit video content, build a campaign presentation, or prepare an award entry at 2:00 PM.\nResponsibilities\nTranslate studio growth objectives into a cohesive global marketing calendar across AU, North America, and the UK/EU.\nManage, monitor, and optimise our global digital footprint to generate high-quality inbound inquiries from brands and agency leads.\nPartner closely with the sales team to refine our pitching strategies, and land new accounts.\nOwn our digital presence, creating and curating high-impact B2B and B2C content with a heavy focus on LinkedIn, video content and thought leadership.\nHighlight studio projects, behind-the-scenes stories, and creative milestones with polished written and visual storytelling.\nManage and actively engage with our online community across primary industry channels.\nLead global award submissions (e.g., Cannes Lions, D&AD, AWARD Awards, Ciclope) from drafting narrative entries to managing deadlines.\nIdentify and secure strategic PR coverage, trade publication features, and speaking opportunities for Entropico talent and leadership.\nOptimise our global digital presence across search engines, including AEO and SEO frameworks.\nConceptualise and run targeted industry events and co-marketing partnerships that connect us with key brand decision-makers in AU, the US, and the UK/EU.\nRun and streamline conversion tracking and clear reporting metrics to show channel performance and inbound lead sources.\nBrief and oversee freelance copywriters, designers, external PR support, and marketing project budgets as required.\nPosition the marketing function for future growth, with potential to recruit and direct junior hires or freelancers as scope expands.\nAct as a strategic advisor on key client accounts, guiding social campaign direction while ensuring work aligns with client business objectives.\nCollaborate on pitch strategy and presentation delivery for prospective clients looking to leverage our social capabilities.\nEnsure consistent quality and cohesive social media strategy across accounts.\nHelp refine, elevate, and package the agency’s digital and social service offerings to drive account expansion and new revenue opportunities.\nRequired Skills\nAn entrepreneurial, self-directed leader who thrives in a building phase and is as comfortable setting strategy at 9am and writing copy or staging an event at 2pm.\nExceptional organisation and multitasking ability, capable of supervising multiple initiatives simultaneously and meeting critical deadlines while managing proactive planning.\nKnowledge and experience on channels and creative software to execute content plays.\nClear and effective communicator able to represent Entropico on the world’s stage.\nHighly detail-oriented, dependable, and adaptable, with strong professional ethics and the ability to manage shifting priorities.\nProven flexibility, including willingness to work out of hours and travel domestically or internationally when needed.\nStrong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and contribute as a proactive, team-focused leader.\nExperience\n4-6+ years of hands-on B2B marketing, growth, or brand experience within a brand, creative agency, production company, or commercial design studio.\nDirect experience marketing B2B services across North America, APAC, and Europeanmarkets, and a proven record of growing brand awareness and inbound sales pipelines for similar creative companies. \n\nExceptional written communication skills paired with basic design, video editing, and content formatting ability.\nChannel expertise across B2B LinkedIn growth, PR/awards strategies, AEO/SEO, eventmarketing, strategic partnerships, and email marketing tools. \n\nExperience using creative tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma or Canva), analytics platforms, and project management tools.\nFamiliarity with the commercial creative ecosystems across Australia, the US, and the UK.\nDeep knowledge of brand positioning and articulation. \nStrong new business acumen.
