In this role, you will support M&A, venture investment transactions, joint ventures, and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives by building financial models, conducting market and company research, evaluating potential opportunities, and preparing materials that inform and influence senior leadership decisions.\nThis is an opportunity for a highly analytical, curious, and detail-oriented professional to apply a strong foundation in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, equity research, or a related analytical environment. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex business problems, translating financial and market data into actionable insights, and working in high-visibility environment with exposure to senior stakeholders.\nResponsibilities:\nBuild financial models that help evaluate M&A, venture investment, joint venture, and strategic growth opportunities.\n\nAssess financial and operational impact, including synergies, cash flow implications, capital requirements, and key value drivers.\n\nResearch industries, markets, companies, and competitors to help identify, screen, and evaluate potential opportunities.\n\nContribute to the transaction process from initial evaluation and due diligence through structuring, closing, and post-investment tracking.\n\nPartner with internal teams and external advisors to support due diligence, financial analysis, and issue identification.\n\nCreate clear, executive-ready investment memoranda, presentations, business profiles, and analytical materials for senior leaders and investment committees.\n\nBring ownership, intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and strong attention to detail while growing your responsibility and impact over time.\n\nDemonstrate ownership, intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and strong attention to detail while taking on increased responsibility over time.\n\nQualifications:\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field\n\n2+ years of experience in investment banking (M&A preferred), corporate development, or other related finance role\n\nSolid understanding of financial statements, accounting fundamentals, and valuation methodologies (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, and returns analysis)\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word\n\nAbility to build accurate, well-structured financial and operating models and translate results into clear business recommendations\n\nStrong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills\n\nClear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present materials for senior stakeholders\n\nMust be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExposure to mergers and acquisitions, venture investments, joint ventures or other corporate development activities.\n\nStrong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.\n\nAt Entrust, we don’tjust offer jobs - we offer career journeys. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan.
