It’s the curiosity, dedication, and innovation that drive our success and help us anticipate the future.\nPosition Overview\nThe Implementation Specialist is responsible for solution delivery such instant Financial Issuance on customer environment and/or hosted environment.This position will manage installations and ensure customer success and\nsatisfaction during the project delivery which includes setup, installation, and administration for client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions.\nResponsibilities\nSolution Delivery - 85%\nSolution deployment and configuration to meet the customer needs\nSetup, install, and administer instant financial solutions for our customers. This may be done either remotely or\nat a customer site\nCollaborate with project management team to deliver the solution to the customer in a timely matter.\nAct as technical expert on the solution, including participating in the requirements gathering and validation\nUnderstand the customer need and work directly with client to manage initial access, map and transfer data,\ncreate process documentation\nTest and troubleshoot functionality of installed systems; identify and documents technical issues to be escalated\nto the proper organization for resolution\nDeliver solution training for customers, Partner and IT personnel\nInteract with System Administrators to apply software patches and perform upgrades to existing customer\nsystems\nMaintain high availability for contact to ensure timely and accurate response to all inquiries\nCommunicate effectively with external and internal customers/partner and provide information in a timely and\naccurate manner\nProcess improvement - 15%\nProvides feedback based on client experiences to the owner of the components part of the solution and process\nimprovements\nCreate and maintain documentation to assist in future problem resolution\nParticipate and Propose process, documentation and solution improvements\nBasic Qualifications\nAssociate degree in information technology or equivalent\nMust have mastery of written and verbal communication\n2+ years of experience in a customer Software delivery\nExperience with System Integrations\nProven work with Software debugging or development\nAbility to work non-standard hours as needed including evenings and weekends as customer initiates.\nMust be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US.\nMust be available to work between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Central time with the main hours being 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time Monday through Friday. After hours and weekend availability as needed based on customer needs.\nWhen proficiency of skills is obtained, some weekend and after-hours work will be required.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProficient problem solving and troubleshooting skills\nExperience in general networking technologies and concepts\nExperience configuring and maintaining Windows Server associated tool and utilities\nProfessional technical certification such as A+, MCSA, MCSE or similar\nNetworking and/or Software Certificates such as Network+ and CCNA\nSQL, IIS, TCP/IP, VMware, Cisco, SAN, LAN/WAN knowledge and experience\nExperience supporting remote and mobile users and computing/communications\nExperience with systems backup and recovery technologies\nAt Entrust, we don’tjust offer jobs - we offer career journeys. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan.
