It’sthe curiosity, dedication, and innovation that drive our success and help us anticipatethe future.\nPosition Overview:\nThe Janitorial position 2nd shift is responsible for maintaining assigned areas in a clean, safe, sanitary, and well-organized condition. This position performs a variety of cleaning and facility support tasks to ensure a positive environment for employees, visitors, and customers.\nKey responsibilities include routine cleaning, floor care, waste removal, restroom cleaning, dusting, and the proper use of equipment and supplies. The employee is expected to follow all established safety policies, cleaning procedures, and quality standards while completing assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.\nPerformance will be evaluated based on the cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas, completion of scheduled duties, adherence to safety and operational procedures, and the proper use and care of equipment and materials.\nWork Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM Central Time.\nResponsibilities:\nPrimary Janitorial Duties\nUse and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools, including buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high pressure washers, high speed buffers and vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees for cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpet, furniture, and related areas.\nVacuum, sweep, and mop flooring and stairs.\nClean and sanitize bathrooms.\nClean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms.\nRestock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas.\nEmpty trash cans, replace liners, and clean receptacles as necessary.\nDust and clean office desks and furniture that are not cluttered.\nClean windows and windowsills.\nMaintain janitor closets and janitorial equipment in a clean, organized, safe, and operable condition.\nProperly use all chemicals and always wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).\nSafety, Equipment, and Facility Support\nReport maintenance concerns, safety issues, or equipment problems to the janitorial Supervisor.\nMaintain facility cleanliness standards across office and manufacturing spaces.\nComplete assigned work order tickets and cleaning tasks in a timely manner.\nOperate cardboard and garbage compactor.\nBasic Qualifications\nPrevious janitorial or custodial experience in an office or manufacturing environment.\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions, complete assigned tasks accurately, and work independently or as part of a team.\nAbility to read, understand, and communicate in English to effectively follow work instructions and provide status updates.\nDemonstrates a positive, professional, and customer-service-oriented attitude when interacting with employees, visitors, and team members.\nCommitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, quality, and workplace safety.\nAbility to follow established company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.\nStrong attention to detail and organization.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and complete assignments efficiently within established timeframes.\nCapable of working in a fast-paced environment and meeting performance expectations under pressure.\nMust be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US \nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical activities throughout the shift.\nAbility to climb stairs and ladders as required to perform cleaning duties.\nAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.\nAbility to work extended hours, overtime, or alternative shifts when business needs require.\nPreferred Qualifications\n2+ years of previous janitorial or custodial experience in an office or manufacturing environment.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent education\nAt Entrust, we don’tjust offer jobs - we offer career journeys. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan.
