Tech.) to build, test, troubleshoot, and support Entrust products.\nThis is a 1st shift position, working Monday through Friday typically 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with at least 4 hours working on Friday. There is possible flexibility on work schedule.\nResponsibilities:\nBuild, test and troubleshoot Entrust products in order to ship highest quality products per customer requirements\nComplete mechanical and electrical assembly, test and troubleshooting tasks as needed\nProvide feedback on quality directly to assemblers, leaders and engineering as appropriate.\nIdentify and facilitate process improvements that will reduce cost and improve quality\nEnsure final products meet order specifications\nMay perform preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration of product and equipment\nDemonstrate awareness of and comply with all Quality policies while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement\nUnderstand and perform processes for manufacturing of product within work areas to achieve the required quality level\nEnsure quality requirements are all met and ISO 9001 standards are followed, which may include conducting training in the work area\nFollow safety policies and promote safe work practices\nMaintain cleanliness of the workplace and compliance towards ISO 14001 Environmental standards.\nPerform other duties and/or projects as assigned.\nBasic Qualifications:\nAssociates degree in electronics, electrical engineering technology, automated systems/robotics or related field or equivalent verifiable training (e.g., military training in relevant field)\nHigh level of mechanical aptitude\nBasic computer skills\nAble to work from and follow work instructions and engineering drawings\nAble to lift and install mechanical assemblies or materials that may weigh up to 50 pounds\nAble to stand, walk, and/or climb for extended time periods\nAble to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and reaching for the entire shift\nMust be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US\nPreferred Qualifications:\n3+ years of experience assembling and testing electro-mechanical equipment Able to learn new things quickly, work as part of a team, and exhibit a high level of initiative.\nAbility to recognize what needs to be done and will work with the team and manufacturing leadership to accomplish necessary tasks.\nCommitted to continuous improvement\nStrong computer skills\nPrevious experience with industrial automation equipment or specialized machines\nExperience working in a large capital custom machine building environment\nAt Entrust, we don’tjust offer jobs - we offer career journeys. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan.
