You willbe responsible fordefining strategy, prioritising investments, and delivering measurable outcomes across document verification capabilities, working closely with Engineering, AI/ML,ProductDesign, Operations, and Growth teams.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to help shape the future of digital identity, as identity ecosystems evolve through digital wallets,eIDs, NFC-enabled credentials and increasingly sophisticated AI technologies. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging problems at the forefront of identity,securityand user experience.\nReporting to the Director of Product Management for Account Opening, you willbe responsible fora key area of the Document Verification portfolio and will drive both near-term execution and long-term product strategy\nResponsibilities:\nOwn and execute the roadmap for a core area of the Document Verification portfolio.\n\nAnalyse customer journeys and product performance toidentifyopportunities to improve verification outcomes.\n\nPartner closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science and Design to deliver innovative document verification capabilities.\n\nDrive improvements in verification accuracy, customer conversion, operationalefficiencyand fraud prevention.\n\nWork closely with Growth, CustomerSuccessand Sales teams to understand market needs and customer priorities.\n\nUnderstand evolving regulatory, compliance and industry requirements affecting document verification.\n\nUse experimentation,analyticsand customer feedback tovalidatehypotheses and measure success.\n\nPrioritise investments across competing customer,businessand technical needs.\n\nEssentialQualifications:\n5+ years of product management experience\n\nNumerically strong re product analytics and root cause diagnoses\n\nStrong communicator of first principles to internal stakeholders and external customers\n\nAbility to partner well with Growth team (Customer Success, Sales), Legal, Compliance\n\nPreferred Qualifications: Experience in the following:\nKYC and/or identity and/or financial services\n\nML frameworks, methodologies, and AI-informed decision-making\n\nFinancialcrime, fraud detection,ID&V\n\nB2B2C Sales environments\n\nAt Entrust, we don’tjust offer jobs - we offer career journeys.
