The work is important, complex, and often high-pressure. This role is best suited for someone who can stay composed under pressure, remain customer-focused, and set expectations appropriately.\nThe Senior Systems Integrator is an individual contributor responsible for delivering complex customer integrations and serving as a knowledgeable technical resource within the team. This role demonstrates sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques to obtain successful outcomes, works cross-functionally on integration projects with multiple deliverables, and partners with customers and internal teams to resolve implementation challenges. The Senior Systems Integrator operates with general guidance on new assignments and complex milestones while continuing to build depth in IDV and related technical integration practices.\nKey Responsibilities\nCustomer-Facing Responsibilities\nWork with commercial and enterprise customers to integrate IDV solutions while maintaining clear expectations around scope, timelines, and implementation dependencies.\n\nDevelop integration plans for customer engagements with defined business, operational, and communication requirements.\n\nIdentify and document technical work required to support customer integrations.\n\nPartner cross-functionally to deliver complex integration projects with multiple deliverables, aligned ownership, and appropriate escalation paths.\n\nCoordinate with delivery, customer, product, and support teams to keep implementations moving forward through clear, appropriate communication channels.\n\nRaise customer-impacting release or implementation concerns and help coordinate follow-up through the appropriate internal teams and channels.\n\nExercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining integration outcomes, balancing customer urgency with sustainable delivery practices, even under pressure.\n\nConsult with peers and managers when making broad-scope decisions that may create customer, delivery, or departmental risk\n\nTeam-Facing Responsibilities\nServe as a knowledgeable resource for IDV integrations and know which internal resources, escalation paths, and communication channels to engage for assistance.\n\nContribute to improvements in integration approaches, documentation, team technical practices, and sustainable ways of working.\n\nProvide input to team discussions and share practical recommendations based on customer implementation experience, including ways to manage urgency and expectations constructively.\n\nChallenge the status quo constructively and support adoption of practices that improve delivery consistency, accountability, and team sustainability.\n\nShare knowledge with peers and support teammates on complex implementation questions, including when and how to route issues through appropriate channels.\n\nHelp expand the team’s knowledge base by documenting lessons learned and repeatable integration practices.\n\nCollaborate across the business to resolve implementation issues, improve customer outcomes, and support clear ownership of next steps.\n\nQualifications / Experience\n1+ years experience with the Entrust IDV product\n\nUndergraduate degree preferred.\n\nTypically 7+ years of professional experience.\n\n5 years of experience with SaaS products, including experience working with APIs and SDKs.\n\nStrong technical integration experience and ability to support customer solutioning.\n\nAbility to work through complex integration issues with appropriate guidance and escalation on broad-scope decisions.\n\nSuccess Profile\nThe ideal candidate is an experienced systems integrator who combines strong technical judgment, customer focus, and practical collaboration.
