# Program Manager - Electric Utilities

The Program Manager will provide overall leadership, governance, and strategic direction for both the Transmission Pole Replacement Program and the Like-for-Like Asset Replacement Program. This role is accountable for leading a team of Project Managers and an Analyst to ensure program goals, schedules, budgets, and performance objectives are achieved while supporting broader organizational priorities. The Program Manager will guide and mentor the team through all phases of program planning, development, and execution, establishing priorities, balancing workloads, allocating resources, and driving accountability to ensure successful program delivery. This individual will promote collaboration across teams, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and remove obstacles that may impact performance. In addition, the Program Manager will oversee program-level performance by monitoring budgets, schedules, key milestones, risks, and deliverables across both programs. The role is responsible for identifying and resolving issues, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring the successful execution of work while maintaining alignment with strategic business objectives.
