This position is on 1st shift. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 5:00am to 2:30pm and Fridays from 5:00am to 9am.\nResponsibilities:\nVerify through work orders that job processes, spec sheets, samples, proofs and drawings are correct before production run\nMaintain quality standards by checking registration, for debris and overall print quality\nUse digital instruments and measuring devices to collect and record continuous accurate SPC data\nWith minimum supervision, able to identify, troubleshoot and solve machine related problems such as tension, pressure, settings, irregular ink distribution and web-breaks\nServe as a mentor for less experienced Press Operators\nSupport new product development efforts\nDetail-oriented, deadline driven, self-directed and organized individual\nEnsure a clean, healthy, and safe work environment\nPerform math functions as related to press operations\nCommitted to continuous improvement\nMay participate in special projects assigned\nPerforms other related duties assigned\nQuality Commitment:\nAll Entrust Datacard employees must demonstrate an ongoing and unwavering commitment to quality through the following types of actions:\nSupport and maintain ISO 9001 certification through daily work activities.\nContinuously pursue corrective and preventative measures on all products and services.\nHalt processes that could adversely affect product or service quality.\nAll employees are obligated to be aware of company’s Quality Objectives and Quality Policy\nBasic Qualifications:\nHigh School diploma/GED\n4+ years experience with flexo press operation\nExperience with UV coatings, adhesives, or inks. \nExperience working with various substrates including paper, film and poly\nBasic math and computer skills\nMechanical aptitude with hands-on skills\nExperience using digital instruments and measuring devices (rulers, comparators, calipers and gauges) to collect data.\nAbility to stand continually with frequent bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.\nGood written and verbal communications skills\nMust be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US\nPreferred Qualifications:\n5+ year’s experience with Delta Mod-Tech’s flexo press operation working with films and poly\nAbout Entrust Datacard\nOur growing company relies on curious, dedicated and innovative colleagues to anticipate the future and provide solutions for a more connected, mobile and secure world. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan.
