It’sthe curiosity, dedication, and innovation that drive our success and help us anticipatethe future.\nPosition Overview:\nThe Senior (Sr.) Receiving Inspector is responsible for supporting manufacturing, supply chain, and new product development by inspecting products, components, and parts to validate conformance to specifications and assist in the resolution of quality related issues.\nResponsibilities:\nWorking from blueprints, part models, engineering change notices, or established operating procedures, determine acceptance, rejection, or rework requirements of products or materials \nSample and test raw materials and incoming products to ensure compliance with company standards \nApprove usage of components and parts to meet quality standards \nSupport and maintain ISO 9001 certification through daily work activities \nHalt processes that could adversely affect product or service quality \nWork with quality engineers to improve part specification clarity, metrology tools and associated processes\nAssist engineering team to resolve parts quality issues on manufacturing floor \nEnsure that appropriate corrective action (both internal and external) has been implemented and that the corrective action is effective \nWork independently and identify areas of risk and opportunities for improvement\nPresent potential mitigation paths for areas of risk\nAct as a point of contact for other teams within Operations\nBasic Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent \nIndustrial metrology, broad measurement equipment and mechanical drawings interpretation proficiency\nExperienced in data analysis and problem solving \nWorking knowledge of Microsoft applications \nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds \nAbility to stand, stoop, bend, throughout shift\nMust be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US\nDesire to drive for excellent results in all facets of the job \nPreferred Qualifications:\nAssociates Degree in a technical field \nProficient in GD&T and interpreting engineering prints \nFive or more years of related experience in parts inspection \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills \nHighly organized and can adjust to changing initiatives \nExperience in quality assurance methodology including ISO, Six Sigma, and Lean \nExperience with print consumables and associated processes (ribbons, inks, protective patches etc.)\nExperience in Oracle ERP System\nAbout Entrust:\nEntrust keeps the world moving safely by enabling trusted identities, payments and data protection around the globe. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan.
