Our goal is to foster inclusive environments that celebrate diversity in the workforce and social structures, setting a model for other communities across the state and nation.\nKey Responsibilities\nParticipant Support & Training\nProvide individualized, one-on-one job coaching and on-site support based on participant service plans\nOrient new participants to work sites and community settings\nTeach self-management and independent living skills\nDeliver transportation and mobility training to support community access\nProgram Implementation\nDevelop, implement, and adjust training plans to meet participant goals\nConduct task analyses and identify effective learning strategies\nTrain participants in job duties using safe, efficient, and structured techniques\nAssist with tasks, when necessary, until accommodations are established\nCollaboration & Advocacy\nWork with employers, supervisors, and coworkers to support workplace inclusion\nRecommend job modifications, restructuring, or accommodations\nEducate community members and employers on supporting individuals with disabilities\nPromote independence by gradually transitioning support to natural workplace supports\nMonitoring & Documentation\nTrack and document participant progress (case notes, logs, evaluations)\nMonitor service plans and recommend adjustments as needed\nParticipate in team meetings and communicate updates to the Service Delivery Team\nMaintain accurate and timely reports and documentation\nAdditional Duties\nAdvocate for participant rights and inclusion in the community\nAssist with tours, attendance tracking, and program support activities\nMaintain consistent communication with Case Managers\nQualifications\nKnowledge of:\nDevelopmental disabilities, mental illness, and/or traumatic brain injuries\nBehavior modification and training techniques\nJob and workplace accommodations\nCommunity resources and employment programs\nSkills & Abilities:\nStrong communication skills (verbal and written)\nAbility to assess strengths and match individuals to employment opportunities\nEffective problem-solving and independent decision-making\nExperience documenting service delivery and progress notes\nAbility to transport participants using personal or company vehicles\nEducation & Experience\nHigh School Diploma or GED (required)\nAt least 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred)\nExperience in industrial or service-related work (preferred)\nCertifications & Requirements\nValid Washington State Driver’s License\nProof of auto insurance \nAbility to pass background check and drug screening\nFirst Aid/CPR certification (preferred)\nBenefits\nMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance\n401(k) Retirement Plan Match\nLife and AD&D Insurance\nVacation, Sick, Holiday, and Extended Sick Leave\nEmployee Assistance Program\nEmployee Discount Program\nCompensation\nThe anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $21.42 to $26.04. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to an individual's skills, qualifications, experience, education, training, and the organization's business needs. Compensation decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the unique circumstances of each candidate.
