lunches, and field visits to learn the business development process firsthand\nConduct consistent outreach and follow up with referral partners and prospective accounts\nLearn partner pain points, priorities, and business goals in order to help provide valuable solutions\nAssist with marketing initiatives, relationship touchpoints, and account management tasks\nMaintain accurate notes, follow up activities, and partner communication within company systems\nWork cross functionally with Operations, Marketing, and leadership teams to support partner experience\nLearn and apply the Entrusted approach to relationship building, communication, and service\nIdeal Candidate Profile\nEarly in career, most likely a recent college graduate or someone with 1 to 2 years of professional experience\nPrevious experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, athletics, or another customer facing environment preferred\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills\nCoachable, humble, and eager to learn\nComfortable building relationships and interacting with people in both office and field settings\nOrganized, disciplined, and willing to develop consistent habits\nMotivated by
