Entrusted is hiring an Outside Sales Representative (Damage Consultant) to respond to warm leads across the greater Houston area - Spring, Tomball, Pearland, Missouri City, Katy, and Cypress - helping homeowners recover from water, fire, and mold damage. No cold leads, you're meeting clients who already need us.
Responsibilities
- Respond to leads by visiting client homes in your service territory
- Assess damage and propose solutions clients can trust
- Build rapport through honest, informed conversation
- Follow up on open questions and next steps
- Communicate with internal team members throughout the job
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Driven, competitive, and coachable
- Comfortable with face-to-face selling
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles within a fast-paced, service-oriented industry preferred
