You'll prepare and submit documentation, communicate with adjusters, and keep files moving so our Project Support Managers can focus on higher-level negotiations. This role plays a critical part in keeping jobs on track for our team members and our clients.\nResponsibilities\nPrepare and send completed invoices and estimates to adjusters\nInitiate contact with adjusters on invoice files, including handling hold times and routing calls appropriately\nConduct limited invoice negotiations, escalating higher-level negotiations and estimate files as needed\nMaintain accurate file documentation, job notes, and updates in Hubspot and other company systems\nCommunicate with internal team members to resolve file discrepancies or gather missing information\nMonitor assigned files to ensure timely updates and movement, escalating stalled files when needed\nEnsure all documentation complies with company and carrier standards\nParticipate in scheduled team meetings and company-wide meetings\nOther duties may be assigned\nQualifications\nStrong work ethic and integrity\nTeachable attitude \nDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills\nClear, professional verbal and written communication\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment\nTyping speed of at least 50 words per minute\nGeneral administrative or customer service experience preferred, not required\nWhat We Offer\n$18 - $25 per hour, based on qualifications\n401(k), health/dental/vision, PTO, and paid holidays\nCompany-paid access to Dave Ramsey's SmartDollar\nGym reimbursement\nOur Culture\nWe started 20 years ago as a small carpet cleaning company in South Florida.
