As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the center of everything related to refining, chemical, terminals, and power generation projects. You’ll oversee all aspects of project execution-budget, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction-making sure each project meets performance goals. With an existing team handling diverse responsibilities, you’ll have exposure to a broad range of work, giving you the chance to tackle challenges and deliver results that matter.\nThis role is designated as remote, giving you the flexibility to primarily work from home while staying actively connected to your team and projects. We value collaboration and responsiveness, so we ask our remote team members to be available when in-office presence is needed-such as for client meetings, team events, or training sessions. This role may also require up to 25% travel for fieldwork or site visits depending on the project need.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited university. \n10 years of work experience within refining, chemical, terminals, or power generation facility or at an engineering consulting firm in the energy market. \nMinimum of 2 years of work experience in managing engineering projects. \nGeneral project management experience with ability to manage cost, budget, schedule, and build client relationships successfully. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification\nProfessional Engineer (PE) License\nWhat We Offer:\nA supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and encourages innovation. \nOpportunities for professional growth and career development. \nCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid time off, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and flexible work schedules. \nThis position pays between $120,000 and $135,000 annually and is an exempt position. Benefits offered include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Full-time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
