Benefits offered include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident, and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Full-time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours. May be eligible for a discretionary bonus as determined by the company.\nMinimum Requirements:\nAssociate of Applied Science degree (AAS) in Design and Drafting Technology, CAD Certification or equivalent prior work experience\n2-4 years of experience in the design and drafting field with some Utilities industry knowledge\nProficient in AutoCAD, including X-Refs and understanding coordinate systems.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience within the Oil and Gas Industry such as Gas Distribution Systems and/or Compressor Stations \nBasic knowledge of advanced CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Plant 3D or Civil 3D.\nExcellent communication skills\nOrganized to stay on task and complete projects within budget\nDetail oriented for producing a great quality package\nSelf-motivated for striving to build upon previous successes\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering accurate, high-quality drawings and collaborating effectively with the team\nWhy Join Us?\nAt ENTRUST Solutions Group, we are a community of over 3,000 dedicated professionals committed to our clients and each other.
