Media Planning

Job Description:
工作職責：
1. 媒體策略制定：根據客戶需求和目標市場，制定全面的媒體策略。基於市場研究、消費者行為分析和競爭對手洞察，提供具有競爭力的媒體策略建議，以實現客戶的目標。
2. 媒體選擇和購買：根據媒體策略，選擇最適合的媒體渠道進行廣告投放。和供應商進行談判和協商，以獲得最佳的價值和曝光效果。
3. 預算管理：負責制定和管理媒體投放預算，確保預算的合理分配和有效利用。監測媒體投放成本，與供應商進行結算和協商，以確保廣告投放的成本效益。
4. 執行和監測：監督媒體廣告投放的執行，確保廣告按計劃進行，並監測投放效果。透過數據收集和分析，評估廣告效果，提供報告和建議，以優化媒體策略和投放效果。
5. 合作與協調：與內部各部門緊密合作，了解他們的需求並協助實現目標。
6. 媒體趨勢和創新：持續關注媒體行業的最新趨勢和技術創新，了解新興媒體渠道和廣告形式的發展，提出相應的建議。
職務條件：
1. 需具備媒體代理商3年以上經驗，熟悉全媒體尤佳
2. 具有媒體專業知識/經驗，熟悉數位媒體應用生態與趨勢，對數字敏銳、細心且重視細節
3. 有組織能力、創造力、分析邏輯能力做整合策略企劃
4. 對工作有熱情與具客戶服務熱忱
5. 個性積極、樂觀、細心、耐心、樂於面對挑戰
6. 喜歡新事物和自我學習及成長的驅動力
7. 具團隊精神，能和他人有效溝通合作
8. 敏捷性高，積極、負責且能因應快速變化的媒體環境做轉型及改變
