This position contributes to Enva’s sustainability efforts by promoting efficient waste management and recycling practices.\nINTERVIEW DATES\nMonday 9th November 2026\nTuesday 10th November 2026\nMonday 16th November 2026\nTuesday 17th November 2026\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSorting and Handling: Sort materials such as televisions, computers, mobile phones and other electronic devices to ensure they are directed to the correct recycling streams.\nDismantling and Processing: Safely dismantle electronic equipment, removing components such as cables, circuit boards and batteries for proper recycling.\nMachine Operation: Operate shredding, baling and other processing machinery, ensuring safe and efficient operation to maximise recycling output.\nQuality Control: Inspect and assess incoming SDA materials to ensure compliance with recycling standards and company requirements.\nSafety and Compliance: Follow all health, safety and environmental regulations. Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions immediately.\nTeam Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets, supporting overall operational efficiency.\nHousekeeping: Maintain a clean and organised working environment, ensuring work areas are free of hazards.\n\nThis role is primarily focused on SDA pre-pick operations.
