As a General Operative at Enva, based in Stourbridge, you will play a key role in the recycling and processing of Small Domestic Appliances. You will be responsible for handling, sorting, dismantling and preparing electronic waste for further recycling or disposal, adhering to safety and environmental regulations. This position contributes to Enva’s sustainability efforts by promoting efficient waste management and recycling practices. Dismantling and Processing: Safely dismantle electronic equipment, removing components such as cables, circuit boards and batteries for proper recycling. Machine Operation: Operate shredding, baling and other processing machinery, ensuring safe and efficient operation to maximise recycling output.
