Typical shift start windows are between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM.\nCommunication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive customer relationships.\nOrganization: Highly organised with excellent time management, a great eye for detail, and strong organisational skills.\nProblem Solving: Solution-focused approach to handling on-site complaints or conflicts smoothly.\nDesirable: Experience working within the waste or recycling industry.\nDesirable (Training Funded): ADR certification is highly desirable.
