This role may suit an engineer looking to work within the environmental, water or wastewater sector.\n Responsibility for the management, coordination and execution of the scope of works for each project, whilst meeting the project objectives set out for EHS, technical, quality, programme and commercial.\nAssist in driving forward the development of new service offerings within Enva.\nLiaising with Clients contractors, regulatory bodies and other stake holders\nMonitor projects budgets and programmes.\nNegotiate rates and contract terms with clients, contractors and suppliers.\nHealth and Safety & Environmental compliance responsibilities\nLead Compliance and quality standards on site\nProject Management of Treatment Equipment on customer sites\nDevelop bespoke solutions for complex treatment and processing issues\nProcurement of materials.\nManagement and co-ordination of project team and all works on site.\nEnsuring operations are carried out in accordance with the contract requirements.\nCommercial control of day-to-day operations for projects.\nManagement of direct crews & sub-contractors.\n#ijadvantage\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nPrimary degree in Engineering or qualification in a relevant discipline.\nExperience is considered beneficial in a Mechanical or water engineering Discipline \nDemonstrated technical knowledge of Micropollutant treatment technologies and methods (e.g. PFAS) \nAbility to balance priorities to ensure Project targets are met without sacrificing overall goals.\nBe able to work within a team and expected to be competent to work on own initiative.\nDemonstrated experience in managing a project team to effectively manage a project through it’s lifecycle. \nMinimum of 5 years experience in managing projects \nDemonstrated technical knowledge and ability to solve related issues and provide effective solutions that support overall Project objectives.\nTo act courteously and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, Enva personnel and other personnel encountered within your role;\nTo foster and develop good customer and public relations at all times and to portray a professional image of the company.\nTo report for work in a timely manner and to conduct work as scheduled to company and customer satisfaction. \nTo work within the instructions and procedures of the Company’s systems as directed by your Supervisor or other management as appropriate\nTo lead multiple projects in client facing role, managing key stakeholder relationships, operatives, contractors and quality standards\nTo conduct all duties in a constructive, efficient and productive manner at all times; \nTo act diligently and professionally in the interests of the Company;\nTo report any personal circumstances that would affect your ability to legally perform your duties.\nThe above description is a general outline of the requirements of the role.
