Empowerment is the driving force behind our pioneering spirit, allowing our teams to take initiative, explore new solutions, and revel in the thrill of constant innovation.\nJoin us and be a part of a team committed to making a positive impact-where safety, sustainability, collaboration, and empowerment intersect to drive innovation.\nIMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR\nAs our Customs and Logistics Coordinator at Envalior, you need to ：\nCompliance with Envalior SHEQ requirements, standards, and operational mandates.\nImplement LSR and SHEQ principles to achieve the site's goal of zero injuries and zero accidents.\nResponsible for customs-related affairs, including import/export operations.\nEnsure the timely transfer and delivery of semi-finished and finished goods.\nAct as the external point of contact for finished goods-related issues, coordinating with logistics, transportation, and warehousing partners to resolve problems across the supply chain\nYou will make key contributions to Envalior\nMonitor finished goods inventory, develop shipment plans based on stock levels, and communicate with Process, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain teams.\nCoordinate with carriers for finished goods pickup to ensure timely dispatch.\nTrack finished goods distribution, provide timely feedback, and resolve any issues arising during the shipment process.\nArrange logistics for the short-distance transfer and transportation of raw materials, intermediates, and equipment.\nArrange logistics and carrier services for the outsourced disposal of general solid waste and hazardous waste.\nCollaborate with the local industrial park to implement closed-loop management protocols for incoming logistics vehicles.\nLiaise with Customs and customs brokers to handle foreign trade documentation (including import/export of raw materials, samples, and equipment).\nManage the registration and daily administration of Certificates of Origin.\nMaintain and update the Bill of Materials (BOM) for customs declaration elements.\nManage and operate the customs system or the Single Window interface.\nCooperate with customs authorities on regulatory compliance and supervision.\nHandle commissions for transportation condition assessments, including arrangements for sample shipments.\nReconcile logistics ledgers and process payment applications.\nCompile and summarize monthly statistical reports and data.\nOptimize and improve supply chain processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nPerform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.\nRequirements\nThe Ideal Candidate\nAssociate degree or above; majors in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration (Operations Management), Logistics Management/Engineering, or E-commerce are preferred.\n3+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, customs affairs, or import/export operations; candidates with backgrounds in manufacturing, trading, or the chemical industry are preferred.\nFamiliar with common International Commercial Terms (Incoterms); proficient in import/export customs clearance, inspection declaration, document review, and customs operational processes; capable of independently handling related coordination tasks.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate efficiently with internal departments, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.\nProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong skills in data statistics, ledger management, and report compilation.\nBasic proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); able to handle import/export documentation, emails, and basic English materials.\nDetail-oriented and responsible; strong planning and coordination skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong sense of compliance.\nBenefits\nWHY ENVALIOR?\nCompetitive Compensation\nJoin us at Envalior and enjoy competitive compensation packages, inclusive of a global bonus program and individual performance bonuses, ensuring your hard work is recognized and rewarded.\nComprehensive Benefits\nYour well-being matters to us.
