Submit your application today and help shape the future of digital excellence at Envalior.\nMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES\nIdentify and propose digital and ERP-based solutions to solve Supply Chain business challenges. \nAct as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, promoting best practices and technology adoption. \nDrive process simplification, automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nMonitor external market and technology developments and assess their applicability to the business.\nPartner with Supply Chain leaders and SMEs to understand business strategy and translate it into system requirements. \nAssess enhancement requests, define solution scope, estimate effort/cost, and ensure end-to-end process consistency. \nFacilitate workshops to gather business requirements and design functional solutions. \nCreate and review functional designs covering business processes, data models, functional logic, testing, authorizations, and operational support. \nCoordinate solution design and development activities with architects, developers, and technical teams. \nEnsure solutions comply with IT architecture, security, and governance standards. \nLead implementation of new Supply Chain solutions and support user adoption. \nServe as the bridge between business users and IT teams to ensure solutions meet business needs. \nAnalyze business process performance and identify improvement opportunities across the organization. \nDevelop business cases, improvement proposals, project plans, and effort estimates.\nAdvise and support end users on the effective use of Supply Chain systems and processes. \nSupport change management, rollout planning, governance, and adoption of new solutions. \nChallenge business requirements where necessary and ensure high-quality deliverables. \nApply design thinking principles and engage senior management when decisions or alignment are required. \nRequirements\nMaster's degree in Applied Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.\n5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain, ERP, Digital Solutions, Business Process Management, or a related functional domain.\nExperience in SAP (logistics/planning modules) and SAP IBP\nUnderstands information architecture (data, process and IT) and industry best practices\nKnows the business processes to a high level of detail that run in the applicable functional domain\nGeneral knowledge on the peripheral functional/technology domains;\nKnowledge on the Envalior ICT policies, baselines, strategies and standards;\nCollaboration skills to orchestrate activities with diverse stakeholders with adequate sense of urgency and to share insights with colleagues\nCommunication skills (English) including the ability to relate to various levels in the organization, through presentation, discussion and or virtual engagements\nA drive and curiosity for new technologies and innovations in the fast moving supply market with constant changes and new technologies (Mobility, Analytics, Internet of Things, cloud computing\nBenefits\nWHY ENVALIOR?\nCompetitive Compensation:\nJoin us at Envalior and enjoy competitive compensation packages, inclusive of a global bonus program and performance bonuses, ensuring your hard work is recognized and rewarded.\nComprehensive Benefits:\nYour well-being matters to us.
