The role ensures high-quality master and configuration data and supports agile, accurate processing of master data requests. The job holder must possess solid knowledge of key business processes (PtP, OtC, SCM) to provide the right data foundation for efficient and compliant process execution.\nThe Key areas of accountability/responsibility:\nGovernance (approx. 10%)\nValidate whether correct and complete master data requests have been submitted.\nAssess whether email-based requests can be executed directly or require workflow routing.\nIdentify and clean up non-used master data elements; align conditions and decisions with relevant stakeholders.\nContinuous Improvement (approx. 15%)\nSimplify complex processes, automate routine activities, and proactively eliminate redundancies.\nIdentify repetitive business activities and transfer them into automated tasks using available tooling (e.g., RPA).\nReporting (approx. 15%)\nMonitor and report data quality based on business rules describing logical relationships across data fields.\nDevelop detailed reports to support clean-up actions beyond high-level KPIs.\nProvide ad hoc reporting to support projects, issue resolution, and fact-based decision making.\nProject Support (approx. 20%)\nContribute to project activities; master data is critical to all process and system implementations.\nSupport data preparation, data mapping, and validation activities.\nPlay an active role during UAT and be a key contributor during cutover planning and execution.\nOperational Support (approx. 40%)\nSupport SAP users in understanding and applying master data correctly.\nAssist in troubleshooting by identifying root causes, even when issues are not directly data-related.\nInterpret incoming requests and determine which master data objects require updates (vendors, customers, materials, contracts, info records, source lists, etc.).\nChoose the most effective data entry method (manual entry vs. upload tools).\nMaintain shipment routes across multiple regions.\nMaintain approval tables (SAP/SRM) and the department’s SharePoint environment.\nMaintain the PANDA master data workflow application (users, roles, tasks, workflows).\nEnsure timely responses to all support questions submitted through the central mailbox.\nTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE\nCore Competencies\nAnalytical & Conceptual Thinking\nStakeholder Management & Influence\nProcess Discipline & Quality Orientation\nProblem-Solving & Troubleshooting Mindset\nOwnership & Accountability\nContinuous Improvement Attitude\nCommunication & Service Orientation\nTechnical Skills\nSAP Master Data Expertise\nData Quality & Reporting Tools\nWorkflow & Process Tools\nBasic Automation or Scripting Knowledge (advantage)\nDocumentation Skills.\nAdditional Requirements\nStrong command of English (written and verbal); additional languages are an asset.\nAbility to work effectively in a global environment across multiple time zones.\nHigh level of organization and ability to manage high request volumes (6,000+ emails, 10,000+ workflows annually).\nAbility to balance standardization with practical support in a non-harmonized business environment.\nBenefits\nWHY ENVALIOR?\nCompetitive Compensation\nJoin us at Envalior and enjoy competitive compensation packages, inclusive of a global bonus program and individual performance bonuses, ensuring your hard work is recognized and rewarded.\nComprehensive Benefits\nYour well-being matters to us.
