Empowerment is the driving force behind our pioneering spirit, allowing our teams to take initiative, explore new solutions, and revel in the thrill of constant innovation.\nJoin us and be a part of a team committed to making a positive impact-where safety, sustainability, collaboration, and empowerment intersect to drive innovation.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities:\nSHE & Security\nAccountable for SHE and Security compliance within assigned work areas.\nSupport implementation of EMS and OSHA requirements through safe work practices, risk management, and environmental compliance.\nCoordinate and facilitate Management of Change (MOC) meetings.\nParticipate as a HAZOP team member and perform TSLC responsibilities as assigned.\nManufex & Continuous Improvement (CI)\nMonitor and sustain Manufex Foundation Practices across the plant.\nAct as the gatekeeper for all Improve Plant proposals.\nManage, track, and evaluate Improve Plant initiatives using established work process tools.\nFacilitate and coach Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities.\nProvide training and support on Manufex standards to relevant functions and personnel.\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance asset utilization tools to monitor plant performance.\nEnsure accurate downtime allocation and reporting in SAP.\nDrive and coordinate manufacturing meetings as defined under Manufex Foundation Practices.\nCollect, analyze, and present plant performance KPIs to management.\nQualifications:\nBachelor of engineering in chemical, polymer science, plastic technology.\nLean six sigma, kaizen, 5S, Management system, Technical Expertise in compounding process, Knowledge of SAP/ERP Systems are required.\n10 years of experienced required in Process Management & ManEX.\nBenefits\nWHY ENVALIOR?\nCompetitive Compensation\nJoin us at Envalior and enjoy competitive compensation packages, inclusive of a global bonus program and individual performance bonuses, ensuring your hard work is recognized and rewarded.\nComprehensive Benefits\nYour well-being matters to us.
