Empowerment is the driving force behind our pioneering spirit, allowing our teams to take initiative, explore new solutions, and revel in the thrill of constant innovation.\nJoin us and be a part of a team committed to making a positive impact-where safety, sustainability, collaboration, and empowerment intersect to drive innovation.\nIMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR\nAs our Raw Material Planner at Envalior, you need to ：\nCompliance with Envalior SHEQ requirements, standards, and operational mandates.\nImplement LSR and SHEQ principles to achieve the site's goal of zero injuries and zero accidents.\nManage raw materials to ensure the timely execution of material plans, thereby guaranteeing smooth production operations.\nManage inventory to maintain high service levels while keeping inventory low.\nYou will make key contributions to Envalior\nDevelop monthly raw material requirement plans based on the site's master production schedule.\nUpdate material requirement plans in response to changes in the production schedule.\nPrepare material requirement plans aligned with laboratory/experimental schedules.\nCoordinate with Production Planners and Buyers regarding material needs based on production and lab plans; calculate procurement quantities based on inventory levels and submit purchase requisitions in a timely manner.\nManage inventory of raw, auxiliary, and packaging materials (covering production, lab, and tolling repackaging); ensure inventory levels remain within safety stock limits to meet production demands.\nMonitor and track material arrivals based on the delivery schedule.\nDevelop medium-to-long-term raw material requirement plans based on the corresponding production outlook.\nOrganize and lead monthly PPS (Production Planning & Scheduling) supply and demand meetings; document minutes and action items, distribute them to relevant departments, and follow up on progress.\nMaintain safety stock levels for production raw materials.\nMaintain safety stock levels for auxiliary and packaging materials.\nCompile and summarize monthly statistical reports and data.\nOptimize and improve supply chain processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nPerform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.\nRequirements\nThe Ideal Candidate\nAssociate degree or above; majors in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or Logistics Engineering are preferred.\n3+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or logistics management; experience in planning management within a manufacturing environment is preferred.\nProven experience in raw material planning, production planning, and inventory control; ability to reasonably develop and adjust plans based on order demand, capacity, and inventory status.\nProficient in ERP system operations; able to leverage system data to support planning decisions.\nProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong skills in data analysis, ledger management, and report generation.\nStrong communication and coordination skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Production, Procurement, Warehousing, and Sales departments.\nStrong crisis management skills; able to respond quickly and formulate contingency plans in the event of significant market demand fluctuations or raw material supply anomalies.\nDetail-oriented, responsible, and logical; strong ability to work under pressure with a proactive mindset for planning and cross-functional collaboration.\nBenefits\nWHY ENVALIOR?\nCompetitive Compensation\nJoin us at Envalior and enjoy competitive compensation packages, inclusive of a global bonus program and individual performance bonuses, ensuring your hard work is recognized and rewarded.\nComprehensive Benefits\nYour well-being matters to us.
