Empowerment is the driving force behind our pioneering spirit, allowing our teams to take initiative, explore new solutions, and revel in the thrill of constant innovation.\nJoin us and be a part of a team committed to making a positive impact-where safety, sustainability, collaboration, and empowerment intersect to drive innovation.\nIMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR\nAs our Supply Planner, you will coordinate goods movement and production scheduling with the manufacturing plant, ensuring timely and efficient execution of production plans.\nYou will actively convert production schedules into process orders and support monthly closings and inventory checks.\nAdditionally, you'll embrace a pioneering spirit, exploring new methods and tools to contribute to our values and mission.\nYour key responsibilities will be:\na) Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility\nSHE & Security\nTo comply with Envalior SHE requirements and Local legislations.\n Manufex (SAP related)\nResponsible for capacity planning analysis and capacity availability check, coordination of line mission changes to optimize capacity allocation if necessary.\nResponsible for the master production schedule, based on the agreed upon S&OP meeting decision which is made with communication during SCM, Souring, Manufacture and Financial teams.\nResponsible for the monitoring the Daily Production Planning compared to the Master Production Schedule, in consultation with manufacture teams.\nResponsible for reporting important deviations between the Master Production Schedule and the S&OP in consultation with the SCM managers.\nResponsible for monthly inventory control in consultation with SCM managers.\nResponsible for the detailed production scheduling based on the Master Production Schedule, and considering the Material Requirement Planning and Capacity Requirement Planning. \nResponsible for communicating the detailed production schedule to the Production engineers.\nResponsible for timely resolving short-term production planning problems, in consultation with related SCM manager.\nResponsible for checking production readiness and material availability to enable the execution of the detailed production schedule, and for initiating related actions if necessary.\nResponsible for preparing production/process orders aligned with the detailed production schedule and based on the approved Bill of Materials.\nResponsible for the timely handover of production process orders and related instructions to the production engineers.\nResponsible for coordinating related teams: Manufacture/SCM/OTC to work out solution when interruptions happen in productions to satisfy customer demand.\nResponsible for initiating and registering call-off orders on authorized volume contracts, based on scheduled material requirements.\nResponsible for call-off order administration.\nResponsible for monitoring outstanding call-off orders.\nResponsible for Re-handling job in urgent requirements, such as repack, re-pallet- re-check, etc.\nResponsible for Backorder processing, communicate with Commercial Assistants.\nManufex (Non SAP related):\n(1). Reduce the Blocked/Obsolete/Rework materials.\n(2). Update production schedule daily.\n(3). Support customer special sampling request\n(4).
