This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest growing sector. Enverus is the right company at the right time.\nPerformance Objectives\nEstablish and enhance prospective relationships through targeted campaigns, executive briefings, partner relationship building, and value creation; \nConsultative Selling Style to research and deliver a relevant Point of View to every interaction \nExperience in aligning value at the C-Suite level \nProfessional Selling Acumen along with thorough opportunity qualification; Accurately align Enverus solutions to an organizations’ overarching board directives;\nDisplay a consistent record of success in achieving or exceeding assigned revenue objectives while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and integrity; \nExperience selling, aligning and prioritizing multiple product offerings in a fast-paced environment \nEffective leadership of Enverus personnel through the entire lifecycle of a sales pursuit as well as develop tailored presentations and business case justifications; \nConsistently enter and maintain relevant sales data and prospective client correspondence into the appropriate database and systems, including pipeline management, company database and requested reports; \nExperienced focused approached to pipeline generation to cover 3X quota \nAdditional duties may be assigned, as required.\nCandidate Profile\n5+ years of Upstream/Oil and Gas experience\nBachelors Degree desired, not required\nRecent experience selling enterprise SaaS based solutions highly preferred\nExperience in the energy space desired;\nProven networking, negotiation, qualification and closing skills;\nMust possess an executive presence, be polite, professional and appropriate demeanor with all current and potential clients;\nSuperior communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to executives, including business case development and ROI justification;\nStrong time management and follow-up skills;\nSelf-motivated and a natural drive to succeed;\nStrong analytical and interpersonal skills;
