drive organizational excellence.\nEssential Functions& Responsibilities\nLead the development and delivery of Substation Implementation solutions across various technologies, including system integrations, implementations, data management, and IT strategy.\n\nManage all aspects of project delivery throughout the project lifecycle, including support for effort estimation, Solution Architecture, requirements gathering(Design, developing, testing, risk management, change control, and overall deliverysuccess.\n\nAct as the central pointof contact between business and technical teams, leading multiple work streams to execute againstproject plans.\n\nManage and monitor project schedules, costs, and teams to ensure results are delivered on time and within budgetand reported within the internalorganization.\n\nBuild and maintainstrong relationships with clients and stakeholders, proactively managing expectations, managing toscope, and clarifying priorities.\n\nIdentifyand mitigate project risks, ensuring timelyresolution to minimize disruptions.\n\nSupport statement of work (SOW) creation, resource planning, and client presentationsfor your assigned Projects.\n\nDrive business development by identifyingopportunities to grow client portfoliosand working directly with the Substation Business Leadto drive the overall planin alignment with Company objectives\n\nIn Transmission)\n\nSupporting driving Product improvements as liaison from Delivery Team\n\nGovern / Own Technical Process & Improvements (working w/ Delivery Leads & Team) - 2026 Delivery Objectives\n\nWork with Leads to prioritize Delivery improvements that adhere to the overall Delivery Team methodology\n\nFirst line of governance &/or advisory support for the Projects of those that report into the Group\n\nProject Delivery Managers are responsible formanaging assigned Projects\n\nReports: Does have Reports - responsible for supporting Forecasting/Resourcing, Growth & Development, Mentoring, & Year End Review input\n\nAdditionally, specific to the SDS organization:\n\nOwnership of Scoping support for the SDS Delivery organization,\n\nOwnership of resourcing planning & execution at the SDS organization level - including the growth & development of direct reports (both technical and additionalproject managers)\n\nDriver of the SDS Team KPIs in conjunction with the overall Delivery Team objectives\n\nDelivery Methodologyownership for the SDS Delivery organization,\n\nSDS Delivery process program ownership for internal initiatives.\n\nSDS Governance support to other PMs projects in conjunction with Director and VP of delivery\n\nDesired Experience\nMinimum5+ years of professional servicesProjectManagement experience, with a focus on system integrations, data solutions, or IT strategy.\n\nConsulting or professional services experience preferred.\n\nClient facing project management experience preferred.\n\nExperience in utilities or energy sectors is a plus.\n\nExperience leading and mentoring a Team of Project Managersis a plus.\n\nEffective communication skills and experience managing Client expectations and escalations andmitigation tactics\n\nProven ability to guide technical and functional teams to deliver projects successfully.\n\nExperience managing projects utilizingMS Project and proficiencywith MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).\n\nRequisite Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities\nExcellent communication and planning skills with a history of developing effective relationships with business, technical staff, and executive management.\n\nProven ability to manage conflict with positive results and negotiate scope effectively.\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, and event-driven environment.\n\nStrong organizational skills and a proactive, self-starting mindset.\n\nAbility to create a team vision and motivate teams to achieve common goals.\n\nEducation, Training & Certifications\nBachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.\n\nPMP or CAPM certification is a bonus but not required.\n\nFuture Growth
