This role drives customer understanding and adoption of new solutions by coordinating testing, documenting business processes, developing training materials, and leading knowledge transfer throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and collaborates effectively with project managers, developers, configuration and quality assurance teams, and customer stakeholders.\nPerformance Objectives\nProject preparation\nDevelop testing, training, and adoption plans, including schedules, responsibilities, readiness requirements, and completion criteria.\nReviewrequirements, user stories, workflows, and business process documentation. \nIdentify areas requiring additional customer communication, training, or support. \nBuild and configuration\nMaintainuser stories, business process documentation, and workflow diagrams. \nPlan and support Over-the-Shoulder validation and Work in Progress sessions, defining participants, topics, schedules, and expected outcomes.\nSupport unit testing and document results, issues, and follow-up actions.\nCommunicate interim releases and provide knowledge transfer on new functionality.\nSystem and end-to-end testing\nDevelop end-to-end test scenarios and scripts based on approved requirements and representative customerworkflows. \nExecute system tests prior to formal customer testing and confirm requirements are configured as expected. \nCoordinate end-to-end demonstrations and validation sessions, and provide sample scripts to support customer testing. \nDocument results, defects, and risks, and work with development and quality assurance teams to resolve issues.\nRelease and quality coordination\nServe as project test lead, coordinating testing activities and reporting on progress, release readiness, risks, and open issues. \nManage defect review, assignment, verification, and status updates, ensuring defect records are complete and accurate.\nCoordinate build releases with development and quality assurance, perform smoke testing, and prepare release notes. \nPackage, publish, and communicate releases, including contents, known issues, and follow-up actions, per project procedures.\nSupport project managers with release schedules, test-cycle exit criteria, and readiness decisions.\nTraining and adoption\nDevelop customer training plans, schedules, demonstrations, job aids, and process guides.\nDeliver and support training sessions, answering process and functionality questions.\nGather user feedback, identify additional coaching needs, and communicate adoption concerns to the project team.\nSupport change management during and after implementation, helping customers adapt to new processes and functionality. \nKnowledge transfer and documentation\nMaintain current project documentation, including decisions, process updates, test outcomes, defects, and releases.\nEnsure clear, consistent communication between the project team and customer stakeholders.\nSupport handoff by documenting open items, known issues, and next steps, and create reference materials for post-project use.\nCompetitive Candidate Profile\nBachelor’s degree in business, information systems, education, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. \nExperience in software implementation, quality assurance, customer training, business analysis, or change management. \nExperience developing test scenarios, test scripts, training materials, or process documentation. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and nontechnical stakeholders. \nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and escalate risks promptly. \nPreferred qualifications\nExperience supporting enterprise software implementations. \nExperience with end-to-end, system, user acceptance, or unit testing, defect tracking, and release management. \nFamiliarity with workflow diagrams, user stories, and business process mappinng.\nExperience delivering virtual or in-person training and applying change management and user adoption
