This individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and serving as a trusted partner to operators across the region. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the upstream energy industry, excels at building executive relationships, and is energized by creating opportunities through strategic networking and territory development.\nPerformance Objectives\nAchieve annual revenue targets through a combination of new client acquisition, account expansion, and client retention.\nDevelop and execute territory plans that identify growth opportunities within the Western Canadian oil and gas market.\nPartner with Technical Advisors and subject matter experts to deliver compelling client presentations and solution recommendations.\nCollaborate with Customer Success team members to maximize client value and identify expansion opportunities.\nBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations and industry networks.\nMaintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide reliable monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.\nServe as the voice of the customer by sharing market intelligence and client feedback with product, marketing, and leadership teams.\nRepresent Enverus at industry events, conferences, and networking functions throughout the Calgary energy community.\nCompetitive Candidate Profile\nMust reside in the Calgary area and be actively engaged in the local energy industry.\n2+ years of sales experience within the oil and gas industry, preferably selling data, technology, software, analytics, consulting, or related solutions to energy companies.\nProven ability to develop new business opportunities while growing and retaining existing client relationships.\nStrong understanding of upstream oil and gas operations and the business challenges faced by operator clients.\nExperience managing contract renewals, commercial negotiations, and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.\nDemonstrated success building relationships through networking, industry involvement, and proactive territory development.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.\nSelf-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and urgency.\nComfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across sales, customer success, product, and technical teams.\nExperience managing opportunities through a structured sales process with consistent forecast accuracy.\nProven ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and prioritize activities in a fast-paced
