Objectives\nNew Business Development:Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the business automation segment.\nConduct market research to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.\nEngage with potential clients through various channels, including calls, emails, and meetings.\nPresent and demonstrate our solutions to prospective clients, addressing their specific business challenges.\nNegotiate and close new deals, ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients.\n\nRenewal Management:Manage and renew existing client contracts, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high client retention.\nProactively reach out to clients before renewal dates to assess their needs and present additional value.\nIdentify upsell opportunities during the renewal process, offering additional products or services.\nHandle any contract negotiations or adjustments needed during the renewal process.\n\nTeam Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with business goals.\nContribute to a \"one team\" culture by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and collaborating on strategies for growth.\n\nPerformance Metrics:Meet or exceed sales targets for both new business and renewals.\nMaintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.\nRegularly report on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends to the sales manager.\n\nCompetitive Candidate Profile\nProven sales experience, preferably in business automation or a related industry.\nStrong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.\nAbility to manage a high volume of work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.\nSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.\nStrong problem-solving skills and
