You support wheel builders and the wider Retail Support Team by maintaining high service quality, enabling fast turnaround times, and ensuring operational continuity.\nIn this role, you combine operational support, technical affinity, and warehouse coordination. You do not need to be an expert in wheel building yet, but you are motivated to develop this skill and actively contribute to the team when needed.\nYou will work closely with our third-party logistics (3PL) partner and manage part of our in-house warehouse operations in Amsterdam, ensuring product availability and accuracy.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nWheel Lacing Support\nReviewing incoming wheel lacing returns, validating retailer claims, and assessing component and rim condition against quality standards\nPreparing wheel orders by selecting the correct hubs, packaging wheels, and creating accurate shipping labels\nCommunicating with retailers via our ticketing system, providing clear and timely status updates\nDeveloping wheel lacing skills to support wheel builders and provide operational backup when required\nIn-house Warehouse Logistics\nProcessing inbound deliveries from the 3PL, ensuring timely and accurate stock availability\nPerforming weekly stock counts and maintaining high inventory accuracy\nKeeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe\nTechnical Support\nPerforming basic maintenance and repairs on internal test bikes\nAssisting in assembling and preparing sample bikes and wheel builds\nSupporting product testing and basic troubleshooting of returned items to uphold quality standards\nWhat we’re looking for\nYou are someone who:\nIs hands-on and detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership\nHas experience in warehouse operations, retail support, or a technical environment, with cycling industry experience as a plus\nHas interest in wheel building, with motivation to learn wheel lacing\nHas the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team\nHas strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately\nIs comfortable working with tools such as Microsoft Office, CRM, and ticketing systems\nHas clear and professional communication skills, both internally and externally\nHas a technical affinity and willingness to perform basic repairs and testing\nHas a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized working environment\nPractical Requirements\nAvailability for 40 hours a week\nLiving in or close to Amsterdam\nLegal right to work in the EU\nWhat We Offer You\nA hands-on role with clear responsibilities and ownership in day-to-day operations\nThe opportunity to develop technical skills in wheel building and deepen your knowledge of bicycle components\nExposure to retail support, logistics, and product operations in an international, fast-growing company\nA collaborative and supportive team environment with room to learn and grow\nThe chance to contribute directly to improving processes and service quality\nCompetitive compensation aligned with the role and experience level\nOUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION\nMobility affects most humans around the globe, regardless of how they look, who they love, how they personally identify, or their beliefs.
