Acts as the main technical contact for integrations, testing, and rollouts of new software, while coordinating with the EU Support and R&D teams. Gathers customer feedback, supports pilot initiatives, and ensures smooth delivery of software solutions and service quality.\n\nTask:\nFull ownership to allocated new integration projects with Envipco customers across EU in collaboration with the EU Support team & R&D\n\nAct as the first point of contact for Envipco’s customers for any technical questions/issues regarding software integration and testing\n\nTesting of new software versions (both proprietary machine software and OS)\n\nCoordinate & support rollout of new software releases to the field\n\nTranslate customer requests to R&D sprints as appropriate\n\nPerform analysis and problem solving via telephone and / or remote support in collaboration with the EU Support team\n\nSupport the setup of pilot tests/initiatives across EU\n\nGather feedback direct from customers for future improvements/enhancements to our devices\n\nStay up to date with new product developments to ensure we always deliver the highest level of service possible\n\nRequirements\nTechnical qualification / background from automation or software systems\n\nSome years experience in a software related technical support role\n\nBackground in customer service/support, ideally with both onsite & remote experience\n\nFlexible and willing to travel and work on European projects\n\nSome programming experience with capabilities to write test scripts\n\nExperienced in using scripting languages (e.g. Bash shell, Python etc.)\n\nPrevious work with Linux systems and command line experience is a must\n\nClear in communication, focused and patient\n\nFluent in Polish and English, any other European language is a plus\n\nWhile the skills and experience outlined above are important, we know that the right candidate may not meet every requirement.
