sessions for the team\n\n6.Process Improvement & Quality Control\nAnalyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities\n\nSupport the implementation of process improvements within service operations\n\nEnsure compliance with company standards and procedures\n\nRequirements\nPrevious experience in administrative or coordination roles (service/technical environment is a plus)\n\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills\n\nFamiliarity with CRM/ERP systems\n\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills\n\nProficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)\n\nFluent in Polish and Good command of English (additional languages are a
