Envipco offers a high energy, fast-paced environment with excellent growth opportunities.\nSummary: As a Field Service Manager, together with Sales, you are the face of Envipco towards our customers. Your main tasks will be to build up the local service team in Poland to support the growing install base. Qualify potential service partners, ensure company policies/best practices are followed and in general, manage and be accountable for daily service operations. You will work very closely with the country manager and central back-office teams to ensure the successful deployment, commissioning, and ongoing support of RVM’s into the Polish market.\nThe position will be closely aligned to our European Support team to ensure a structured transfer of knowledge and experience from the field to support continuous improvement for our entire product portfolio.\nResponsibilities:\nTake overall responsibility for service delivery and operational performance in the region, ensuring compliance with SLAs and company standards.\n\nManage and supervise Field Service, Service Desk, Application Support, Logistics and Warehouse teams, as well as external service partners.\n\nSet team objectives, manage workloads, monitor performance and ensure efficient resource allocation.\n\nActively participate in recruitment, onboarding and development of technical and operational staff.\n\nCollaborate with Sales to forecast service capacity and resource needs in line with installed base growth.\n\nOversee logistics, warehouse operations, spare parts availability and inventory management to ensure efficient service delivery.\n\nCoordinate with Operations, Sales and Development teams to improve service quality and operational efficiency.\n\nIdentify and mitigate operational, contractual and project-related risks.\n\nMonitor service performance, conduct quality reviews and provide regular management and customer reporting.\n\nSupport Business Development in identifying additional sales and service opportunities.\n\nGather customer feedback and stay informed about product developments to drive continuous service improvement.\n\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nAt least 5 years’ experience in successfully developing/leading field service teams\n\nYou should be a pro-active problem solver, calm under pressure and driven by customer satisfaction\n\nPractical knowledge of Customer Service and Project Management\n\nConfident in setting/monitoring KPI’s, both internal and external\n\nExperience in managing direct/indirect teams\n\nClear in communication, focused and patient\n\nFluent in English & Polish, any other European language is a plus\n\nWhat we offer:\nA high degree of freedom\n\nAn opportunity to help building and become part of a fast-growing global company\n\nBecome part of a solution minded team where it is nice and fun to work\n\nA varied job in an equally experienced, qualified and committed team\n\nIndependent working method with lot of personal responsibility and freedom\n\nFlat hierarchies in a modern corporate structure, exposure to senior leadership\n\nAttractive and performance-oriented compensation\n\nIf you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role at the forefront of environmental innovation, apply now to be a key player in our dynamic team.\nEnvipco is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
