The role suits a hands-on finance professional who combines strong technical accounting skills with an operations mindset, improving systems, controls, documentation, and reporting processes as the group continues to grow.\nTasks:\nHolding Accounting & Company Maintenance\n\nOwn parent-company accounting, monthly close, reconciliations, payments, and day-to-day maintenance for Envipco Holding N.V. and Envipco Europe B.V.\n\nAccount for holding-level investments, treasury, financing, equity, share-based compensation, and other parent-company transactions.\n\nSupport statutory, audit, transaction, and entity-change processes, coordinating where needed with tax, legal, financing, and treasury advisors.\n\nConsolidation & External Reporting Support\n\nSupport monthly consolidation, elimination entries, intercompany reconciliations, and maintenance of consolidation structures.\n\nContribute to interim and annual reporting, including IFRS disclosures, audit support, and ESEF/XBRL requirements.\n\nAssist with IFRS interpretation and consistent application of group accounting policies.\n\nProcess, Controls & Operations Alignment\n\nImprove close, consolidation, journal entry, reconciliation, approval, and reporting processes.\n\nStrengthen controls, documentation quality, and audit readiness across relevant finance processes.\n\nSupport finance transformation and tool improvements across ERP, planning, consolidation, and reporting systems.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, business economics, or a related field; professional qualification such as RA, CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent a strong plus.\n\n5+ years of relevant experience in accounting, group finance, consolidation, audit, or financial reporting.\n\nExperience in a listed company, multinational group, or public accounting environment.\n\nStrong IFRS knowledge, including application to group reporting, intercompany matters, investments, financing, equity transactions, and share-based compensation a plus.\n\nExperience with monthly close, consolidations, reconciliations, statutory reporting, audit support, and multi-entity or parent-company accounting.\n\nStructured, hands-on, and ownership-driven working style with strong attention to documentation, controls, and audit readiness.\n\nStrong analytical skills, advanced Excel capability, and experience working with ERP and reporting systems.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics, Adaptive Planning, consolidation tools, or comparable finance systems preferred.\n\nExposure to ESEF/XBRL reporting, technical accounting memoranda, and IFRS position papers.\n\nWhile the skills and experience outlined above are important, we know that the right candidate may not meet every requirement.
