You also have overall responsibility for the NL organization and its operations.\nBecome a DRS solution expert and trusted advisor to customers.\n\nBuild and manage relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts.\n\nDeliver product demonstrations at demo facilities and customer trial sites.\n\nDevelop and execute strategic account plans.\n\nIdentify customer needs and position tailored Envipco solutions.\n\nManage the full sales cycle including RFI/RFP, negotiations, and contract closure.\n\nCreate account-specific commercial agreements, pricing, and discount structures.\n\nWork cross-functionally to support successful customer outcomes.\n\nResponsibility of the total NL organization and operations.\n\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nDegree educated (Business, Management, or Engineering preferred).\n\nFull driving licence.\n\nAt least 5 years of working experience as B2B sales within a technical or capital equipment environment.\n\nStrong key account management and consultative selling experience.\n\nGrocery retail sector experience is advantageous.\n\nFluent in Dutch and English\n\nKey Skills:\nStrong relationship-building and communication skills.\n\nCommercially aware with strong negotiation ability.\n\nProactive, organised, and results-driven.\n\nConfident problem solver with a customer-focused mindset.\n\nTeam player with strong analytical and IT skills.\n\nPerformance Measures:\nGrowth and development of key customer relationships.\n\nPipeline growth, sales revenue, and gross profit delivery.\n\nSuccessful execution of account plans and sales objectives.\n\nWhile the skills and experience outlined above are important, we know that the right candidate may not meet every requirement.
