You also provide operational support to the Dutch SCM/Logistics team using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).\nTasks:\nTake responsibility for overseeing the installation projects of deposit-return machines across the Benelux.\n\nCoordinate between the various parties, including the client, production teams (Germany and Romania), service team, marketing, and site owners.\n\nManage the project timeline and all required operational activities in accordance with the agreed arrangements.\n\nEvaluate project and product risks and provide feedback to the Business Development team.\n\nCoordinate with the Finance department to ensure correct administrative processing.\n\nPlay an important role in generating additional sales together with the Business Development team.\n\nGather direct customer feedback to support future improvements and adaptations to our machines.\n\nStay up to date with new product developments to ensure that we consistently deliver the highest level of service.\n\nProvide additional operational support to the SCM/Logistics team in the Netherlands, using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).\n\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nAt least 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager, ideally in an international working environment.\n\nYou are a proactive problem-solver who remains calm under time pressure and is driven by customer satisfaction.\n\nPractical knowledge of customer service, project management, and supply chain/logistics processes.\n\nHands-on experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), particularly within Supply Chain Management.\n\no Procurement & Sourcing: vendor management, RFQs, purchase orders, and procurement processes.\no Inventory Management: stock control, item management, and inventory transactions.\no Warehouse Management: receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory transfers.\no Sales Order Management: customer management, quotations, sales orders, and returns/RMA.\nExperience with setting and monitoring KPIs, both internally and externally.\n\nClear in communication, focused, and patient.\n\nFluent in Dutch and English;\n\nWhile the skills and experience outlined above are important, we know that the right candidate may not meet every requirement.
