This is a fully hands-on role focused on executing daily warehouse operations. The position ensures that goods are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting shipments, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, operating forklifts, and maintaining inventory records. The role also involves administrative tasks and coordination with logistics to ensure smooth inbound and outbound processes.\nTasks:\nLoads and unloads trucks and arranges inventory in designated storage areas.\n\nOperates forklifts & pallet jack and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including performing routine equipment checks.\n\nStocks shelves and racks with products in an organized and accessible manner.\n\nPicks and packs orders for shipping, ensuring packaging is secure and labeling is accurate.\n\nVerifies incoming shipments against invoices and orders for accuracy in quantity, type, and condition.\n\nInspects products for quality standards and verifies labeling, packaging, and product integrity.\n\nMaintains and updates inventory records using warehouse management systems; conducts cycle counts and reconciles discrepancies.\n\nPrepares shipments according to quality and handling standards and coordinates dispatch with logistics.\n\nRecords inventory movements and shipment details accurately.\n\nCommunicates effectively with team members and logistics personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.\n\nEnsures warehouse safety by enforcing protocols, conducting safety checks, and promoting a culture of safe practices.\n\nRequirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (minimum education requirement).\n\nMinimum of 3 years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory role.\n\nValid driver’s license.\n\nAbility to manage warehouse associates and drivers.\n\nProficient in MS Office Suite and warehouse management systems.\n\nFamiliar with data works systems for input and retrieval.\n\nKnowledge of common carriers and company truck deliveries.\n\nGood physical health; able to lift 75+ lbs frequently.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nExcellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.\n\nGood judgment, fast learner, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.\n\nProfessional interaction with customers and co-workers.\n\nAbility to work effectively in high-volume, fast-paced settings\n\nEnvipco is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
