Headquartered in Boston, Veolia has more than 10,000 employees working at more than 350 locations across North America.\n Act as a witness at customer locations where DEA controlled substances are involved.\nRide along with a CDL Driver to assist with duties at their stops.\nVideo the destruction process of DEA controlled substances and upload video into employer system.\nRequires up to 4 overnights per week based on routes\nLoad containers and supplies to truck for daily service stops\nMay assist in maintaining inventory and storage of hazardous materials in accordance with appropriate regulations and policies, practices, and procedures. \nFollow all Health & Safety/Job Safety Analysis (JSA's) procedures as outlined in procedures and policies. \nComplete paperwork legibly, accurately, and in a timely manner. \nPerforms related work and additional duties as requested or assigned by supervisor/manager.\nRegular contact with external customers and different levels of personnel on a daily basis.\nCandidate must meet all requirements for handling DEA regulated waste\nDrive non-DOT regulated vehicle to customer sites to witness regulated waste collection as needed.\nPay range $20.00 - $21.00 hourly\n Basic Requirements:\nAt least 18 years of age\n\nHigh school diploma or GED.\n\nUnderstand, read, and write English\n\nAble to repeatedly lift and carry up to 75 lbs.\n\nAble to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods of time\n\nBasic knowledge of Windows-based software (Word, Excel, etc)\n\nWilling and able to wear company-provided personal protective equipment such as eye protection, foot protection, Tyvek coveralls, and respirator (as needed)\n\nAble to pass a DOT physical, drug test, and DEA background check\n\nPreferred Requirements:\n\nExperience working with hazardous materials\n\nOne or more years related experience\n\nKnowledge OSHA Regulations.\n\nAbility to operate a forklift\n\nStrong attention to detail\n\nAbility to follow procedures\n\n Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off policies, as well as health, dental, vision, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteering and more.
