We also have developed a range of by-products for specialized applications across industry, construction and agriculture, which utilize Harsco’s expertise in mineral materials.\n Prints out, displays or provides maintenance workforce with a copy of the weekly maintenance schedule to ensure proper coding on \"Daily Maintenance Reports\".\nAssists in the determination of priority of repair work through consultation with the Operations and Plant Head, as necessary.\nObtain lists of necessary parts for repair tasks from maintenance workforce and creates the BOMs.\nPerforms root cause analysis, as needed for chronic breakdown or failure problems.\nConsults with Regional Asset Manager on potential serious problems and predictive maintenance needs as required.\nAudits and trains equipment operators in the performance of their daily equipment inspections.\nMaintains all equipment files in a complete and timely fashion.\nPerforms cycle counts on parts inventories as needed and ensures that proper requisitions are completed to issue parts from inventory.\nInterface with equipment vendors and parts suppliers as needed.\nReview the component tracking system database for completeness and accuracy.\nEAM review and analyses the asset wise OEE.\nExecuting cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget\n.\nPlan the maintenance activities with the Maintenance Manager well in advance and control the Inventory.\nCreates and maintains the maintenance backlog from all sources of data by raising WOs for all equipment defects discovered.\nPerforms FMEA analysis of all equipment with assistance from Production and Maintenance Supervisors.\nField experience also required for this position.\n At least 5-8 years experience required in manufacturing and Processed plants.\nDiploma or B.
